7:00 - Wake up and drink a glass of warm water

7:15 - Take a hot shower

As the hot water flows down, it washes away the fatigue from the previous night, leaving you feeling refreshed. A hot shower promotes sweating and enhances the body's resistance, helping it adapt to sudden changes in temperature, even in the coldest seasons without catching a cold.

9:00 - Spray some men's cologne

Using your ring finger, press lightly on the pulse points twice. If you feel it's not enough, continue applying to other areas where the arteries pulsate, such as the wrists, ankles, back of the knees, and behind the ears. Let the fragrance naturally diffuse. For a refreshing effect, it is recommended to choose scents like lavender, pine, grass, lily of the valley, etc., to make the upcoming work easier.

10:00 - Spray some moisturizing gel

Being surrounded by air conditioning and heating for extended periods can make it difficult to stay alert with a clear mind. You can enhance your use of moisturizing gel or spray moisturizing toner on your face.

Having a meal is an important way to replenish nutrients for the body. A soup in the afternoon is even better. Soup aids digestion, and the water content in soup contains various nutrients. Drinking a bowl of soup after a meal makes the thirst disappear and reduces the heavy aftertaste. If you enjoy a cup of clear tea at the right time, you won't feel too tired throughout the afternoon.

14:30 - Properly hydrate in the afternoon

上一次喝水如果已经过了3个小时,那不喝水就有可能十分有害了。水分补充要及时,在你因为就做舒展双臂的时候,在你与同事传递信息的时候,在你思考问题的时候,注入此类的片刻间歇,端起杯子喝一口,你会觉得自己随时随地都活力四射。

 

16:00——滴几滴眼药水

长时间注视电脑,眼睛容易疲劳,滴一滴滋润眼睛的眼药水,给眼睛一些喘息的机会,之前的干涩感觉一扫而光。趁这个时间到饮水机那里活动一下吧,补水时间又到了。

19:30——来碗营养八宝粥

粥膳对人体有很多好处不必赘述。晚饭以粥食为主,既可减轻胃部的压力,又可以避免脂肪堆积。清粥一碗,淡化食重,这在中国食文化中是可圈可点的。

22:00——睡前喝杯牛奶

如果你真的能做到活得足够精细,那么睡前喝一杯牛奶吧,营养的功效自不必说,最大的好处是有利于你的睡眠,这样一天下来体内充满了水,体内75%被水统治着,这才是生命和活力的最好体现。
